In 2022, Housing Lenawee commissioned a housing study (Target Market Analysis or TMA) to measure the magnitude of market potential by tenure (owner and renter), price (values and rents), formats (houses, lofts, etc.), and target market (lifestyle clusters).

In 2023, based on the Target Market Analysis, a Housing Strategic Plan was developed for Lenawee County.
